DG Global is deploying another tool to ensure on-site data security

DG Global is now offering a dedicated on-site destruction solution for storage devices, such as hard drives, DVD, CD, or even cell phones. With the use of a portal crush box, DG Global can put multiple holes into hard drives thereby ensuring the hard drives cannot be reused again.

In addition to the crush box, DG Global can offer additional on-site destruction solutions using shredder or dis-integrator to ensure complete physical destruction of not only storage devices but also other security sensitive IT equipment.

If data security is less of a concern, DG Global can provide data eradication solution using the latest technology, Secure Erase firmware command - approved by National Institute of Standard and Technology (NIST) 800-88 (September 2006) - to erase all possible user data, amounting to "electronic data shredding", and remarket erased hard drives.

Seeking a qualified Sr. Account Manager / Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Account Manager/Outside Sale Rep for Digerati Global’s full IT life cycle service solutions located in Milpitas, CA.


FUNCTIONAL ROLE
An Account Manager / Outside Sales Representative is directly responsible for acquiring excess, obsolete, and/or end of life electronic material and selling our cloud based IT asset management software as well as providing corporate environmental and security compliance solutions in a business to business environment. Your main objective will be to successfully communicate our company’s value proposition to new prospective clients as well as continuing to support existing clients. The right candidate will be an experienced negotiator, an excellent communicator, assertive, energetic, highly organized, optimistic, and determined to succeed, and a great closer!

• This position will negotiate our life cycle management, Inventory disposition/eWaste management contracts with major corporations including fortune 1000 type companies.
• This position will also offer and sell our cloud based IT asset management software solution.
• Identifies new client and opportunities, sets weekly appointments through cold calling, networking and lead generation.
• The position must manage their activities to secure new business; perform presentations, manage contract negotiations, at every corporate level.


REQUIREMENTS
• Superior communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to be an effective “face of the organization” and introduce the company to prospective clients.
• Extensive network of contacts, and ability to expand and develop a larger sales network.
• Business to Business sales expericence, Local Outside sales visits are required.
• The ability to view the long-range trends and cycles of the business, to see the ‘big picture’ is critical.


RESPONSIBILITIES
• Present our value proposition clearly and succinctly to potential clients and manage prospect objections.
• Analyze and determine the most strategic contacts that can provide access to the supply of new, de-installed and surplus equipment.
• Strategically attack a new market to rapidly develop a significant pipeline of opportunities in a B2B sales environment.


COMPENSATION AND COMMSSIONS
90 day training period with a starting gross annual base salary of $20,000, paid in biweekly installments. If the results are positive, salary will be adjusted accordingly.

Commission: 15% net commission on any “HOUSE” managed accounts and 30% net commission on all directly procured and managed accounts.

The position will be reviewed after 90 Days of employment at which time the employee must be able to demonstrate an understanding of the position and an inventory of qualified opportunities. Six figure annual income is typical of this position for professional, experienced, highly motivated sales individuals.

Since passing ISO Quality and Environmental standards, DG Global has improved its quality of operations.

DG Global, Inc. has passed ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification audit in April of 2009 through ABS Quality Evaluations. DG Global will now only be using the ISO standard in managing its Quality (QMS) and Environmental (EMS) systems/operations.

Passing the ISO 9001, DG Global was able to improve the quality of its operations by making all external and internal processes more transparent. All the quality related documentation such as procedures, forms, work instructions, and other documents are approved prior to their use.
